#0. Sid Wilson . Turntables
#1. Joey Jordison . Drums
Contrary to popular belief, this is not a Michael Meyers mask. It is a Japenese Kabuki Mask. It originally was made to represent his personality. Blank. But now it has painted black lines around the mouth and lips. This, to the best of my knowledge, represents scars.
#2. Paul Grey. Bass
His mask is a modified pig mask. He had leather straps put on and it used to have a padlock in the nostrils. It represents his indulgent personality.
#3. Chris Fehn. Percussion
His mask represents his comic side. It also brings up alot of aggression, due to the fact that it is tight and constricting. The nose is about 7 inches long not 12. He had two different versions of his mask.
#4. James Root . Guitar
His first mask was a bondage hood inherited by Josh, James's predecessor, also his purple hair stuck out of it. He got rid of it cuz all the sweat and bugers got stuck in it. His new mask is a mangled Jester Mask. His mask was cut to just cover his face and has other modifications, like straps. It represents his jester-like personality.
#5. Craig Jones . Sampler
His mask was once a plain white racing helmet with a Sinclair bumper sticker. Then he painted it black, taped nails through it(which is why the nails look like rubber when he headbangs), and put a gas mask on it. It also had a flash on it, and a tube attached to the gasmask but he got rid of those.
#6. Shawn Crahan . Percussion
His mask has alot of history. His mask found him. He was walking through a store one day and on the clearance table sat the mask. He saw it, it seemed lonely, it seemed right. He bought it and has had it ever since. He was the first member to wear a mask then everyone followed. It is also rumored that he will get a new mask, but it won't be that different.
#7. Mick Thompson . Guitar
His old mask was a modified hockey mask, painted a yellowish gold with more custom features. His new is a mask made to look like metal, but it is black leather painted green or something.
#8. Corey Taylor . Vocals
Contrary to popular belief, Corey's mask is not a leatherface mask. His first mask used to be a crash test dummy mask. It was cut up and sewn back together. Some of the dreads were his hair,... he cut it off, wrapped it in twine, and sewed it to his mask. His newer mask is pretty much the same but the dreads are all fake green and brown stuff and it is smaller.
