| UNSUNGX- VANCOUVER ISLAND, B.C., CANADA is a performing and recording rock band in the fine tradition of Tool, Pearl Jam and late Metallica. The four piece act has been together since 1998 and now has over fifty live performances to their credit. UNSUNGX is from Campbell River, B.C., Canada and their first recording (Why Can't) has been featured on the Eagle radio station 97.3 F.M. As a top drawing Vancouver Island act, the band recently opened up for EMI recording artists NICKELBACK, at Animal's nightclub. Impressing management that night as well as the sold out crowd the guys are due in the studio this fall to complete their highly anticipated debut CD. Their debut full release recording this winter will be available through puncturedrecords.com The band has been together for over a year now and has free giveaways on MP3.com, farmclub.com, and kanoodle.com. If these songs are any indication of what's to come, then fans of bands like TOOL, Korn, and heavier Pearl Jam will have something to celebrate.
