Ungrateful

Just don’throw him away when you are threw,

Oh his body it shivers and shakes,

All the poignant remarks that you make,

Everyday is a mystery too,

He’ll be waiting around just for you.

Well he gives his life for you,

All of his pain all from you,

But anyway he still lifts you,

All of his love all for you.

Oh he picks you up out of the soot,

Just to watch you fall back underfoot,

Even if you are filthy of sin,

He will still be inviting you in,

But you may still turn your back on him,

He sees this over and over again.

Do you think that he never sees it,

He knows every word that you spit,

All lost thoughts he knows them as well,

He’ll even save your soul from hell,

Everyday can’t you try to be true,

I will mend things together like glue.
