The Matthew Good Band is one of my favourite bands. There isnt another band like this group of guys from Vancouver. The MGB consists of Matthew Good and Rich Priske and now features Christian, Pat and apparently a guy named Mark! Matt is an incredible writer, he's one of the people who borders insanity and genius and makes you wonder if he's crossed over the line. If you want to get down to the core of why I am like matthew good band its because they arent like any of the other rock bands out there,not even anywhere close , they dont and wont sell their souls to make it big in the states.I totally respect that. being an american music icon isnt the be all and end all of being a musician. Besides why not like some one everyone takes so much pride in hating (Nickelfault , Robin Fucking Black etc.)I think the other reason I like the MGB is because of the work Matt does with his fans, for every story of Matt being an asshole *rolls eyes* there are 5 more stories of Matt being totally awesome and generous with his fans, you gotta love that.
