Dear Vincent,
I
want to thank you for the treatments you gave me that have restored me to full
health and strength and given me a new lease on life. I feel like a whole new
person. Throughout the course of treatments I had confidence that I would be
healed, and I feel that a positive and cheerful attitude is very important in
the heeling process. I also feel that it was important to follow your instructions
fully and complete the full course, even when I felt discouraged and wanted to
quit, or when I was feeling really well before the treatments were finished. I
am going to relate my story so that you may share it with others if you wish.
In
Marc~, 1992, 1 developed a pain in my lower back which made it very difficult
to bend forward. I had several chiropractic treatments which helped only temporarily.
The pain increased and began in my right hip and thigh as well . That
made walking very difficult. When I went to see my family doctor, he
sent
me to a Physiotherapist where I had ice pack and ultra sound treatments for
five weeks. I also continued with chiropractic treatments. At times there
seemed to be some improvement, but the pain always returned. Soon I found it
very painful to put any weight on my right leg, which caused me to limp. I could
not lift my right leg, and in order to get into the car I had to lift my leg
with my hand. Riding in a car gave my back a lot of pain and I was unable to
bend to put on my socks and shoes or tie them up. My Doctor gave me Tylenol 3
for pain, which I didn’t want to take, but found that I had to. I could only
sit fur a few minutes before I had to stand up because of pain in my groin and
hip. life wasn’t much fun anymore and I felt very oil and useless. Then to add
to my misery I had an attack of severe muscle spasms in my back in July.
I
found a couple of lumps in my neck which I showed the Doctor. The result was that
I had to have a biopsy where the lumps were removed and proved to be malignant.
The Doctor said they probably came from the breast cancer surgery that I had in
March, 1990. He ordered several X—Rays o~ my back and a Bone scan which
revealed two tumors on my spine.
I
was sent to the Cancer Clinic on Sep 8,1992, where they did a blood test and
gave me Tamoxifen to take. The blood test showed everything okay, but the
L.D.H. level was 445, the normal being between 200 & 420. I was to have an Ultra—sound of my liver later in the month
and then return for a monthly check—up.
The
next day my son Don phoned from Nanaimo to tell me of a Chinese Herbalist in
Vancouver who had treated and healed cancer
patients,
one of whom Don knew personally. and suggested that I phone him. I did so, and
the next day went to see Vincent Chow and had a check up where he explained his
treatment of herbal packs and massage which must be done on a daily basis for a
full course of three months. This meant I would have to find a place to stay in
Vancouver, so I returned home to work things out. I had the support of my
family and through one of them found a place to stay in Burnaby. I took the
Tamoxifen for 6 days along with Tylenol 3 for pain, which just made me feel
drugged, nauseated and miserable.
On
Sept. 16 I started treatments with Vincent Chow and stopped taking Tamoxifen,
but had to continue the Tylenol 3 just at night for pain. On Sep.20, just five
days later, the pain in my lower back was gone and I was able to bend down and
tie my own shoes. On Sep.22 I was able to lift my right leg into the car
without help. I was beginning to feel better already, but the one pain that
persisted was a sharp pain in my right shin that was not related to any of my
other problems.
On
Sep. 24 before I returned to Victoria for the Liver Scan, Vincent told me that
they wouldn’t find anything, and he was right. On Oct. 5 I returned to the
Cancer Clinic for my monthly check up. Vincent had told me that there were no
tumors in my neck now, but the Doctor tried very hard to find something, saying
it takes the Tamoxifen two or three months to shrink the tumors. I didn’t tell
her that I wasn’t taking it. She said I was doing so well that I didn’t need to
come back for a couple of months, but to keep taking Tamoxifen. I made the
appointment for Dec.16, which would be the day after my treatments with Vincent
would be complete.
After
6 weeks of treatment, I was feeling really well; I had no pain anywhere, so I
didn’t have to take Tylenol 3 anymore. I had lost 10 pounds of unwanted fat
which improved my appearance, I could walk at a good pace, without a limp; I
had full mobility again, I could even kneel and sit on my heels, something I
hadn’t been able to do for about five years. Vincent gave me a series of
exercises to do to strengthen and tone my muscles and along with my added
energy I felt great.
On
Dec.16 I returned to the Cancer Clinic for another blood test and check up. The
blood test showed everything normal except the L.D.H. level was up 6 points to
451. The Doctor said that the neck tumors were very difficult to find. I told
her all I could find was scar tissue. I told her how well I felt, that I
had
no pain and had lots of energy and was doing exercises. She said that was
because of the Tamoxifen. I told her that she had given me a 2 month supply of
Tamoxifen and that was two and a half months ago, so she said that the effects
of the Tamoxifen lasts for about ten days after you quit taking it, and if I
didn’t keep taking it the pain would return. I still didn’t tell her that I
hadn’t been taking it at all, but 1 told her that I didn’t think I needed it
and didn’t want to take it unless a bone scan showed that I needed to. She said
that it was. too soon for
a bone scan
to snow any change, but I could do as I wished and
she would
see me in another 2 months for another blood test.
I was disappointed that she didn’t give me any credit for
exercising and losing weight, or for feeling well and positive aid trying to
take charge of my life. She just said that exercising won’t reduce tumors, and
made me feel guilty for not wanting to take drugs. How could I still be sick
(as she implied) and feel this well? I’ll go with my feellings, and I know I
haven’t felt this well in years.
For me, the drug free, natural treatment offered by Vincent Chow
has me to the health and strength that I now enjoy.
Thanks
again, Vincent, and keep up the good returned
Sincerely,
,,
