Racing in July

• July 2 - Finished 10th in the Late Models at Lee. Was up to 3rd with 3 laps to go when the car behind him drilled him cutting down a tire. Hello, people, patience is a virtue!
• July 9 - Finished 13th in the Late Models at Lee. The power steering let go causing fireworks all over the car. Fortunately Bobby was able to continue on. He wouldn't have lost any laps if the modifieds in the infield were not blocking his exit to pit road.
• July 10 - Finished 2nd in the Pro Stocks at Star. Good racing.
• July 16 - Finished 5th in the Late Models at Lee.
• July 17 - Won both 25 lap features in the Pro Stocks at Star.
• July 23 - Finished 3rd at Lee - a good night!
• July 30 - Two 30-lap feature wins at Lee. Finished 6th in the 1st race. Had to adjust the car and it showed in the 2nd feature where Bobby finished 3rd. Try as he may on the outside of a competitor, the kid would not give him racing room.
• July 31 - Two 25 lap feature wins at Star. Finished 3rd in the 1st race and 4th in the 2nd race. The 2nd race was tough. Several times Bobby was up to the door of the driver when he just came down on him like he wasn't there.
