[ONLY birds bred Prior to 2000 can be entered]
Race Marking - THURSDAY 27th JULY

LAMBALLE Young Bird Code 1663 SATURDAY 9th SEPTEMBER
[ONLY birds bred in 2000 can be entered]
Race Marking - THURSDAY 7th SEPTEMBER
POST Part A of your race sheet NO later than Friday 1st September

* RACE MARKING for ALL RACES *
will take place at the SALISBURY AGRICULTURAL CENTRE
Salisbury Road (A3094) Netherhampton. Salisbury. Wiltshire. SP2 8RH
Between the the hours of 10.00 am and 200pm.

It is the responsibility of ALL MEMBERS to insure that their birds arrive at the Marking Station during the time shown. 
NO birds will be accepted after 2.OOpm. 
Please make sure that your birds are WING STAMPED as per R.RR.A. Rules 
and that the label provided is attached to your Basket/Box.
         

* SENDING THROUGH AMTRAK or ANOTHER CARRIER *

Any member who is not able to come to the Marking Station can send their bird/s this way making sure that 
they will arrive on the morning of Race Marking. Members sending this way MUST say so on Part A of race sheet. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE CLUB LABEL IS ATTACHED TO THE BOX AND THAT ALL DETAILS ARE 
CORRECTLY FILLED IN. ALSO PLACE THE PART B OF YOUR RACE SHEET IN AN ENVELOPE AND ATTACH 
TO THE SIDE OF THE BOX. 

In the case of the PALAMOS NATIONAL being marked on a MONDAY. Members who are not able to attend the 
marking and would like to send through Amtrak or Another Carrier should contact committee member-:

who has kindly offered to look after any birds sent this way BEFORE the weekend prior to the
 Monday race marking for Palamos.

YOU MUST ONLY USE THE CLUB NUMBER and SECTION GIVEN TO YOU 
ON YOUR Year 2000 RECEIPT
THIS NUMBER & SECTION MUST BE SHOWN ON ALL RACE SHEETS LABELS and on ANY OTHER 
correspondence sent to the club. NO OTHER NUMBERS/SECTIONS SHOULD BE USED
         

If after reading Club Race Rule No. 8. you do not agree with the section that you have
been placed in, please contact the Secretaries as soon as you receive your paperwork
         

Also if you have a change of any details Latitude/Longitude, Address, Phone No. then
please let us know at least fourteen days BEFORE you compete in any race.
