Closing Words
As always, we hope
that you have found this current issue of Black Doll-E-Zine
to be a treat and a delight. During this
past year we have come to realize that the competition between
"real life" and cyberspace can become very
hectic. Sometimes we find that we have to choose between the two,
or at least make some changes.
Such is the case
with co-founder and co-editor, Zee. While she is not
abandoning the world of Black doll collecting, she feels the
need to "retire" from her publishing duties and focus
those energies elsewhere.
Deb has "tentative" plans to
continue with the zine, possibly streamlining it to two new
issues per year.
Deb would like to extend a sincere, heartfelt thanks to Zee for her brilliant idea to publish "the first and only e-zine devoted to collecting Black dolls" and for asking Deb to become the co-editor. Without Zee's idea for the e-zine, her graphics expertise, informative artist interviews, ability to "work the 'net" and glean doll news, and other contributions, this e-zine, "your" e-zine, may have never been a reality.
Deb has greatly enjoyed working with Zee and, in the event that she decides to continue the publication, she would like to keep an open-door policy for Zee's input and contributions to future issues of Black Doll E-Zine.
So until the next issue, continue to collect what you love and
love what you collect: Black dolls!
