ABOUT US

Our organization was founded on January 18th, 1997 in southern Maine by an eclectic group of healthcare professionals who were trained in medical hypnotherapy.

MISSION STATEMENT

We are dedicated using medical hypnotherapy to improve the health and well-being of people worldwide.

MEDICAL HYPNOTHERAPY is a blend of hypnosis and medical/nursing sciences being used to faciliate the healing of the body and soul with the power of the mind.

I CHER

The Worldwide Association of Nurse Hypnotherapists is pleased to provide information on an organization that teaches medical hypnotherapy known as I CHER (International Center for Health Enhancement and Research). The course is taught by Joyce Hansen and Priscilla King, who are founding members of WANH. They have been teaching and practicing hypnosis for many years. Theirs is the most complete offering of which we are aware and the only one we recommend. It provides a broad spectrum of theory and practice in an intense program with lots of hands-on work. Please feel free to contact Joyce Hansen for details on when and where the next classes will be.

I CHER will be offering a course on Medical Hypnotherapy this fall in Bangor, Maine. The course covers intruction in Medical Hypnotherapy with lots of 'hands-on' work in the classroom. During the class you will learn the tremendous broad-spectrum uses for hypnotherapy. The course also provides 115 CEH. Please contact Joyce Hansen for details
