We are the leading Private Fitness Training Facility in Westlake Village, California. We have a new full state of the art fitness facility. We offer Private One-on-One Fitness Training and Small Group Fitness Classes. We specialize in Weight Loss and Body Fat Reduction.We do this through our scientific proven formula. We test your Metabolism,VO2,Body Fat and Lean Muscle Mass and design a Costumized Nutrition & Fitness Program to meet your needs. We have been in business for 20 years and opened our new facility in Westlake Village in January of 2005. We are in the process of expanding our facilities throughout the Southern California Area.
