• #1.WHAT IS COLOR THERAPY? Color therapy is the use of color in assisting the body in it's natural ability to balance itself. Color is the physical manifestation of light waves, when introduced to the body they provide light energy.
• #2.WHAT IS COLOR THERAPY EYEWEAR™? Non-prescription colored sunglasses designed to provide light energy to the system, in an easy and afforable format. Made of acrylic according to F.D.A. standards for sunglass safety. They are impact resistant and block 95% UVB and 60% UVA rays. They come in 9 colors, each color or frequency is believed to correspond to the endocrine system. Each color is beleived to correspond to a specific frame of mind or emotion.
• #3.HOW DOES IT WORK? Color therapy glasses allow light to enter your eyes through each particular color. Light is converted by your eyes into electricity which powers our entire system.
• #4.HOW DO I KNOW WHICH COLOR TO CHOOSE? Each color is believed to correspond to the endocrine system and a particular emotional state. Choose the color that corresponds to the area of the body or emotional state you wish to address. Refer to the chakra chart for this information.
• #5.HOW LONG SHOULD I WEAR THEM? 10 to 30 minutes per color per day.
• #6.DO I NEED TO BE OUTSIDE TO WEAR THEM? No, any light source will work. USE CAUTION WHEN MOVING ABOUT AS SOME OF THE COLORS ARE VERY DARK AND ALTER YOUR ENVIRONMENT.
• #7.HOW MANY COLORS CAN I WEAR EACH DAY? You may use all the colors or just one. It does not matter. These are the same light frequencies that come from sunlight.
• #8.CAN I OVERDO IT? Moderation in all things is a perfect rule of thumb. There can be too much of a good thing
• #9.CAN IT HURT ME? I do not know of any instance when a person has been injured from the use of color therapy.
