ATTACKING FORM - BASIC FORM 1

Get ready. Stand facing the front of the room. Stand with feet evenly apart on the same line, right hand on belt and left hand over right hand.

1. Bring your left arm up and extend it with palm facing the floor. Step forward into a right front stance. Right punch while bring left fist down and place on your belt.

2. Step you left foot forward facing your left side. Bring your right arm up and extend it with your palm facing the floor. Left neck attack while bring your right fist down and place on your belt.

3. Bring your right foot back to face the front of the room and parallel to your left foot into a horseriding stance. Right arm down across your belt and facing the floor with left arm over. Right back hand while bring your left fist down and place on your belt.

4. Step forward to the front of the room into a left front stance. Bring your right arm up and extend with palm facing the floor. Left palm attack while bring your right fist down and place on your belt.

5. Bring your right foot back and parallel to your left foot into a horseriding stance. Bend your left arm with fingers facing ceiling and place your right arm inside. Right sudo strike while bring your left fist down to you belt.

6. Step forward with left foot into a front stance. Extend your right arm forward with palm facing the floor. Left punch while bring you right fist down and place on your belt.

7. Step right foot into a right front stance to the back of the room. Extend your left arm forward with palm facing the floor. Right neck attack while bring your left fist down and place on your belt.

8. Bring your left foot back and parallel to your right foot into a horseriding stance. Right arm down and left arm over right. Left back hand while bring your right fist down and place on your belt.

9. Step forward with your right foot into a front stance. Extend your left arm forward with palm facing floor. Right palm attack while bring your left fist down and place on your belt.

10. Face the front of the room and bring your left foot parallel to the right into a horseriding stance. Bend your right arm into an L with fingers facing the ceiling. Place your left arm inside. Left sudo strike and Shout while bring right fist down and place on your belt.

11. (Baro)Relax and place hands back on your belt.



BLOCKING FORM - BASIC FORM 2

Get ready. Stand facing the front of the room. Stand with feet evenly apart on the same line, left hand on belt and right hand over the left.

1. Step left foot forward into a left front stance. Bring both arms up and across your chest with right arm over the left. Bring left arm down into a left down block while placing your right fist on your belt.

2. Step right foot (right) into a front stance to your right side. Bring both arms up and across your chest with left arm over the right. Right up block while placing your left fist on your belt.

3. Pivot to your side left side while stepping into a left back stance. Bring both arms down across your chest with right arm over the left. Left side block down while placing your right fist on your belt.

4. Bring your left foot up and down with heel to where your toes were. Pivot right foot to the back of the room into a back stance. Bring both arms down across your belt with left arm over the right. Right outside block while placing your left fist on your belt.

5. Feet up and down with left foot to the front of the room into a left back stance. Bring both arms across your belt with right arm over the left. Left sudo block forward while placing your right fist on your belt.

6. Step right foot to your right side into a right front stance. Bring both arms across your chest with left arm over the right. Right down block while placing your left fist on your belt.

7. Left foot forward to the front of the room into a front stance. Bring both arms across your chest with right arm over the left. Left up block while placing your right fist on your belt.

8. Pivot your right foot to the back of the room while stepping into a right back stance. Bring both arms across your chest with left arm over the right. Right sudo block down while placing your left fist on your belt.

9. Right foot up and down with heel to where your toes were. Pivot left foot to your left side into a back stance. Right arm over the left. Left sudo block forward while placing your right fist on your belt.

10. Left foot up and down while stepping right foot to the side of the room. Bring your arms across your chest with left arm over the right. Right sudo block forward while bring your left fist to your.

11. Step your left foot to the front of the room into a left back stance. Double sudo block forward and Shout.

12. Bring your right foot forward and parallel to your left foot with both hands on your belt.(Baro)





FORM 1 – OVERHEAD BLOCK AND PUNCH

Get ready. Place your right and then left hands on your belt.

1. Shout! Step forward into a deep left front stance. At the same time, block with your left upper block and punch with a right reverse punch (straight in front of you).

2. Turn to your right side and step into a deep right front stance. At the same time, block with your right upper block and punch with a left reverse punch (straight in front of you).

3. Step your right foot parallel to your left foot as you step into a deep left front stance. At the same time, block with your left upper block and punch with your right reverse punch (straight in front of you).

4. Step forward into a deep right front stance as you block up with a rolling double lapel block. Shout! and do a left knee kick. After you kick, step into a deep left front stance. At the same time, punch with a right and then a left reverse punch (straight in front of you).

5. Step forward into a deep right front stance. At the same time, punch with a right reverse punch and then a left reverse punch (straight in front of you).

6. Step backward into a deep left front stance and punch with a right reverse punch (straight in front of you).

7. Step backward into a deep right front stance and punch with a left reverse punch (straight in front of you).

8. Step backward into a deep left front stance and punch with a right reverse punch (straight in front of you) as you Shout!

9. Bring your right foot forward and parallel to your left foot as you place your right and then left hands on your belt. (Baro)





FORM 2 – FRONT KICK AND PUNCH

Get ready. Stand facing the front of the room with your feet evenly spaced. Right hand on your belt and then left hand over your right.

1. Shout! Step your right foot backward into a deep left front stance and X block downward in front of your body.

2. Kick forward with a right front kick, step into a deep right front stance and X block downward in front of your body.

3. Turn toward your right side and step into a deep right front stance. X block downward in front of your body.

4. Kick forward with a left front kick, step into a deep left front stance and X block downward in front of your body.

5. Turn 180 degrees while moving your right foot forward into a deep right back stance and block with an X block downward in front of your body.

6. Step into a deep right front stance and strike forward with a left reverse punch and Shout! X block downward in front of your body.

7. Kick forward into a left and then a right front kick and step into a deep right front stance as you block downward with a X block in front of you.

8. Turn to your left, moving your right foot first, into a deep right front stance as you X block downward in front of your body.

9. Kick forward with a left and then a right front kick. Step into a deep right front stance and X block in front of your body.

10. Turn 180 degrees and move your right foot behind your left foot and form a deep left back stance.

11. Step your left foot outward into a deep left front stance and strike forward with a right reverse punch and Shout!

12. Kick forward with a right and then a left front kick and X block downward in front of your body, as you step into a deep left front stance.

13. Slide your left foot in to form a deep horseriding stance. Shoot your left arm out with your palm downward. At the same time, right reverse punch as you bring your left fist to your left side. This punch should end with your shoulders on the same line. Shout! as you punch.

14. Step your right foot toward the front and parallel to your left in a natural stance and place your hand back on your belt. (Baro)





FORM 3 – SIDE KICK – SIDE BLOCK

Get ready. Stand facing the front of the room. Stand with feet evenly apart on the same line, right hand on belt and left hand over right hand.

1. Step your right foot back into a left back stance with left side block.

2. Do a half slide step forward with left sliding reverse punch. Shout.

3. Right side kick stopping to a right back stance with right side block.

4. Turn 1/2 right moving your right foot to a right back stance with right side block.

5. Left side kick stepping into a left back stance with left side block.

6. Turn 1/2 into a right back stance with right side block.

7. Do a right reverse sliding punch.

8. Left side kick stepping into a left back stance with left side block.

9. Turn 1/2 into a left back stance with left side block.

10. Do half a slide step forward with a left slide reverse punch and Shout.

11. Right side kick, left side kick stepping into a left back stance with left side block.

12. Turn 1/2 right into a right back stance with right side block.

13. Left side kick, right side kick into a right back stance with right side block.

14. Do a right reverse slide punch with Shout.(Baro)





FORM 4 – ROUNDHOUSE KICK AND BLOCK

Get ready. Stand facing the front of the room. Stand with feet evenly apart on the same line, right hand on belt and left hand over right hand.

1. Step back with your right foot into a left back stance with a left inside block.

2. Do a half slide step forward and punch with a left sliding reverse punch. Shout.

3. Do a Right roundhouse kick and step into a left back stance with right inside block.

4. Step to right oblique moving into a right back stance with right up block and left reverse punch.

5. Step to left oblique moving into a left back stance with left up block and right reverse punch.

6. Turn 225 degrees to the right, moving your left foot first then your right foot into a right back stance with right inside block.

7. Do a half slide forward with right reverse punch. Shout. Left round house kick, right round house kick then a left round house kick stepping into a left back stance with left inside block.

8. Step to left side moving left back stance with left block and right reverse punch.

9. Step to right side moving into a right back stance with right up block and left reverse punch.

10. Turn 180 degrees right moving left then right foot into a right back stance with right inside block.

11. Left round house kick and right round house kick. Step into a right back stance with left inside block.

12. Do a half slide step forward with right reverse punch. Shout.(Baro)





FORM 5 – SPARRING FORM A

Get ready. Stand facing the front of the room. Stand with feet evenly apart on the same line, right hand on belt and left hand over right hand.

1. Step forward into a right back stance and block with a double sudo hand. Shout!

2. Kick forward with a right front kick, followed by a left side kick. Step down into a right back stance with a double sudo hand.

3. Step to the right side into a left back stance and double sudo block with the right hand leading. Kick forward with a left front kick.

4. Step into a deep left front stance. Punch with a right reverse punch. Step back with left foot into a left back stance.

5. Step out with right foot into a deep right front stance. Punch with left reverse punch. Slide right foot to the left foot face forward.

6. Step to the left side with a righ

t back stance and double sudo block with the left hand leading. Kick forward with a right front kick. 7. Step into a deep right front stance. Punch with a left reverse punch. Step back with right front into a right back stance. Step out with left foot into a deep left front stance. Punch with a right reverse punch.

8. Swing your left foot behind the right foot to form a left back stance. Double sudo block with right hand leading.

9. Shout! Left front kick to the middle part of the body followed immediately by another left front kick to the middle of the body. Go into a right back stance with a double sudo block with left hand leading.

10. Right side kick to the middle part of the body followed immediately by another right side kick to the middle of the body. Go into a left back stance with a double sudo block with the right hand leading.

11. Step over with your right foot into a left back stance with a double sudo block with the right hand leading. Kick forward with a left side kick to the upper part of the body. Step back with your right foot into a right back stance. Block with a left side block.

12. Step your left foot out into a left front stance with a right reverse punch. Step back with your left foot into a left back stance. Right side block.

13. Step into right front stance. Punch with a left reverse punch, followed with a right side block. Bring your right foot to your left foot.

14. Step out with your left foot (forward) into a right back stance with a double sudo block with the left hand leading.

15. Kick forward with a right side kick to the upper part of the body. Step into a left back stance. Block with a right side block.

16. Step right foot over into a right front stance. Left reverse punch. Step back with right foot into a left back stance. Side block with left side block. Step left foot out into a front stance. Right reverse punch.

17. Step left over behind right foot forming a right back stance facing front with a double sudo block (right hand leading).

18. Shout! Flying right front kick to the opponents chin. Step down into a left back stance with a double sudo block with right hand leading. Baro.





FORM 6 – SPARRING FORM B

Get ready. Stand facing the front of the room. Stand with feet evenly apart on the same line, right hand on belt and left hand over right hand.

1. Step back with your right foot to form a left back stance. Side block with your left hand, followed by a left rolling outside block.

2. Spin to the right pivoting on your foot 180 degrees into a deep horseriding stance. Strike with a right sudo. Shout!

3. Pick up your left foot and set your left foot into the same horseriding stance. Strike with a spinning left sudo.

4. Pivot to the left on the left foot. Bring up your right knee, place your left palm hand on your ribs under your right arm. Hold right arm up in front of your chest with the fist level with your face. Hop forward striking downward with your right backhand sharply as you step into a deep right back stance.

5. Turn 90 degrees right moving your right foot into a deep horseriding stance and strike with your right sudo to the right.

6. Same as #4 except reversed.

7. Turn 90 degrees left moving your left foot into a deep horseriding stance and strike to the left with a left sudo. Spin to the right pivoting on your left foot 180 degrees to a horseriding stance and strike with a spinning right sudo.

8. Step forward with your right foot into a deep right back stance and X block to the front of body.

9. Bring your right knee up while placing your left hand flat on your ribs under your right arm. Hold your right arm vertical in front of your chest, palm of fist is level with your face.

10. Hop forward striking downward sharply with a right backhand and step into a deep right back stance.

11. Left side block, move your right foot into a left deep front stance and strike with a right reverse punch. Shout!

12. Move your left foot alone side your right foot as you turn 180 degrees right. 13. Same as # 8.

14. Spin 270 degrees right pivoting on your left foot into a deep horseriding stance.

15. Left front kick, right roundhouse kick and step down into a right deep back stance with a double sudo block.

16. Turn 180 degrees left moving your right foot then your left foot into a deep back stance. Double sudo block.

17. Shout! Right front kick, left roundhouse kick stepping into a deep back stance. Double sudo block. Baro.



FORM 7 – SPARRING FORM C

Get ready. Stand facing the front of the room. Stand with feet evenly apart on the same line, right hand on belt and left hand over right hand.

1. Step back with your right foot into a deep left back stance. Left side block, right hand remains open blocking left side of face with palm facing out.

2. Right front kick, half a slide step, right flying outside kick, stepping into a deep right front stance with a Shout! and left reverse punch.

3. Right inside kick slapping your left palm. Continue turning with your inside kick for 180 degrees and step into a deep horseriding stance and strike with right sudo.

4. Right inside kick slapping your left palm, continue turning with the kick for 180 degrees stepping into a deep horseriding stance and strike with your right sudo to the right.

5. Turn 180 degrees right moving left foot then right foot into a deep right back stance. Right hand blocks with a side block and left hand remaining open blocking the right side of the face with palm facing out.

6. Same as #2 only reversed.

7. Same as #3 only reversed.

8. Same as #4 except reversed.

9. Turn 180 degrees left moving your right foot then left foot into a deep left back stance blocking with both forearms upward against the neck or lapel grab.

10. Shout! Right front kick stepping down into a deep right back stance with both fists dipped below the waist then coming slowly forward with palms up (pushing motion). Shout! Baro





FORM – SPARRING FORM D - FOR BLACK BELT

Get ready. Stand facing the front of the room. Stand with feet evenly apart on the same line, right hand on belt and left hand over right hand.

1. Step your left foot outward to form a deep horseriding stance as you slowly X block up.

2. Slowly X block down followed by a double (simultaneous) upward backhand.

3. Step forward and to the side with your right foot to form a right back stance, strike left palm with a right elbow strike and Shout!

4. Slide backward to the right with your right foot to form a left back stance and strike with a right back elbow.

5. Step forward into a right back stance and grab upward with a lapel block.

6. Thrust both hands downward after the lapel grab as you raise your left knee striking with a left knee kick upward. Shout! Step into a left back stance.

7. Slide your left foot forward with both palms facing forward as you push opponent backward.

8. Right inside kick followed by stepping your right foot back to form a deep left back stance. Right up and left fist down block.

9. Shout! Jump and spin 180 degrees with a right flying inside kick. Slap your left palm with your right foot and step into a right deep back stance with a right sudo strike.

10. Step back with your right foot to form a deep left back stance. Right up and left lower blocks.

11. Step forward with your right foot and form a right back stance. Double upper fist block.

12. Left double side kick with a right spinning back side kick stepping into a right back stance. Double sudo block. Step your right foot to the right. Circle block with the right and left reverse punch followed with a left circle block and right reverse punch.

13. Bring your right foot to your left and step your left foot to the left. Block with your left arm followed by a right reverse punch followed by a right circle block and a left reverse punch.

14. Step over with your left foot making your left foot parallel to your right. Bring your right foot parallel to your left. Step your left foot forward with a left hand circle block and a right reverse punch.

15. Skip to a right cat stance. Right down and left palm out blocks. Step out. Shout! Left reverse punch. Baro.
