Knite Enterprises LLC is aware that there are many "world renowned" consulting firms which offer similar services as Knite Enterprises. However, we are more concerned about the independent inventor who is not working for major
corporations. This segment of the inventor community is usually enmeshed in various commitments which render them incapable of laying out the tremendous resources demanded by such "world renowned" companies. Private corporations as well as USPTO 1 , International PTO's 1A or Patent Attorneys 2 all compete for the independent inventor's patronage
and trust charging exorbitant fees (thousands of dollars, in some cases).
For the reasons described above, Knite Enterprises LLC was formed. Our primary goal is to serve the needs of the new, small, or unknown inventor. Our mission is to represent this sector of the inventor population. The connection between our company and the small, new or unknown inventor has been symbiotic. We step in to navigate, cutting the cost our client would ordinarily assume to form theft protection (legal ownership against challenges) from promotion/protection scam 3companies and from IP policy
changes4 by the Government.Our company cuts through all this red5 tape and thereby thousands6 of dollars. And in addition, we make this information available for our clients to study for future use. By cutting out the middleman, our company decreases the likelihood of theft associated with disclosure 9.
Primarily, we are not in the invention promotion business nor do we represent inventors to buyers or investors for the research & development or the marketing of inventions. What we do is provide the independent inventor with a knowledge base structured to facilitate protecting 9A their concepts right from the date of conception. This decreases the chance of infringement during contractual negotiations.
By now, many within our client base realize that large companies do not deal with independent inventors who do not retain an attorney8 or sign a
waiver (a legal document signed by a concerned party). The waiver would state that: "If after reviewing the concept, we discover that your concept is similar16 to a preexisting concept being developed by said company's own engineers; or
through no effort on the part of the company in question, the concept be made known to the public, you are releasing said company from any and all obligations to pay or compensate you in any way...if you sign this waiver,
however, they will then review your concept8 ...."
