Directions for use:
Optimal experimental conditions must be determined for individual
cell types by the researcher.
1.) Store BIOTRIXTM at -20 C until use. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
When ready to use, BIOTRIXTM should be thawed rapidly in a 37 C water bath.
If precipitate forms, gentle-to-moderated mixing or shaking may be required.
Use BIOTRIXTM neat for coating.
Working dilutions must be determined experimentally by the researcher.
2.) Coat cell culture plates with BIOTRIXTM (250-300ul/well
of a six-well plate, i.e., 25-30ul/cm2) at room temperature
under laminar air flow to dryness.
3.) Following coating step, plates are gently rinsed with PBS prior to cells being plated in medium onto BIOTRIXTM.
Rinsing coated plates prior to cell plating is recommended.
