04.  Proposal and Contract to Furnish Fire Hose by the BOSTON WOVEN HOSE & RUBBER CO., dated Nov. 23d, 1898. Printed form filled in with ink handwriting listing various material (and cost) to be furnished to the City of Goldfield, Colorado. Bears the acceptance by Goldfield with the signatures of the mayor and town clerk, and the embossed city seal. In EXCELLENT condition - about 13 7/8" x 8 1/2" - perfect for framing. $130.00

05.  Colorado State Firemens Association original letter (not a copy) dated July 6, 1929, bearing it's beautiful multicolored heading featuring the eagle over a burning fire. On the back is listed the entire membership by name - perfect for framing. In EXCELLENT condition! $95.00

10. Colorado State Firemens Association dues bill (1929-1930) for the Goldfield Vol. Fire Dept. - dated Dec. 16, 1929. Beautiful two color litho - about 8 1/2" x 7 5/8". In EXCELLENT condition. $55.00

11. A VERY RARE "Rocky Mountain Fire Underwriters' Association" letterhead typewritten letter to the City Clerk of Goldfield - dated Dec. 19, 1903. It agrees with action taken by the City Council "to refuse to protect the property of certain citizens of Goldfield because of their connection with The Citizens Alliance of the City." This relates to the miner unrest of 03/04, and bears the inked signature of M.J.Burns. In EXCELLENT condition with folds. $155.00

12. A legal size one page typewritten document stating that "H.M.Peabody" has been a bona fide working fireman of Goldfield Fire Company No. 1 for the past five years. It is inked signed by J. Emmet Hill and bears a Notary's certification dated May 1, 1906, and the embossed stamp. In EXCELLENT condition with folds. $85.00

13.  A one page typewritten letter dated January 26, 1923 from "The Mountain States Rubber Company, Denver, Colorado" (with it's one color letterhead) to the City of Goldfield, Colorado. It asks if they can send "samples and prices" of their fire hose products. Signature of M.H.Mickey, Manager - shows the "HEWITT TIRES" logo in the l/left area.
