The 1999 National Cocktail Competition

The Long Drink Competition was held at the Westin Hotel in
Long Beach, California, USA on May 2, 1999, and was a great success. The
winner, Mr. Fructuoso Prado of the Beverly Hilton, has earned the right
to compete against bartenders from 42 other nations at the International
Cocktail Competition to be held in Sweden.
