There are many builders that operate out of the "back seat of their car". When their customers need to talk to them it is sometimes difficult to find them. There are other builders that only worry about quantity, not quality. We pride ourselves in not only the quality of our homes, but the quality of service we provide to our customers during and most importantly, after the sale.
We are a full service homebuilder which includes help with financing, insurance needs, and all aspects required in the construction of your new home. We offer a complete "turn key" job, where we do everything, or the customer can choose a "conventional build" where they can handle some of the preliminary items themselves. With either choice, our staff is there to help.
Our custom home completion time is approximately 120 days. We have continuous radio and cell phone contact between the field and the office throughout the day.
We are a member of the HBA of greater New Orleans. We have a fully staffed office which is open 7 days a week with 3 completed models to view at this time. Appointments can be made to meet with Robert or John.

The Links Subdivision in LaPlace is a single family dwelling community with one way in and one way out. Our lakes are stocked for the homeowner's enjoyment and it is not uncommon to see families of ducks strolling by. Belle Terre Country Club and Golf Course borders our subdivision and membership is available to those families who want to join.
We developed The Links subdivision in LaPlace, 5 years ago and are now constructing homes in its last phase. We have over 4,000 plans to choose from, or you can bring your own and we will give you an estimate. Home with Lot prices start at $160,000.00, at the minimum required square footage of 1700 living.
Magnolia Homes' New Development, Foxwood Manor
Our new development taking place is Foxwood Manor. We have completed the last phase and are ready to sell lots and build homes. There will be a total of 75 homes located throughout the subdivision, some of which will back up to the lake. This subdivision was designed to reflect more of "a bayou" atmosphere.
