Dear Journal,

I can't believe I did it AGAIN! Again, I sent my dad an e-mail telling him about my OCD. And again I logged on as his screenname and deleted it. I wish I could tell one of my friends about this, but I don't think any of them would understand! In the past two days, my compulsions have multiplied, and just gotten worse and more time-consuming. Argh... I have to go to bed now. I'll write more later.
