i love music, it's a big part of my life. i like lots of different types of music, ranging from pop and rock to alternative, dance and indie. plus i love jazz. here are some of my favourite bands, why i like them, and all that. if there's any bands you think i should check out, please e-mail me or summat - it's a two-way thang goin' on here.
* coldplay
i have been listening to coldplay on repeat for the last few days, ever since i got hold of their new album, a rush of blood to the head. it's a beautiful album, there isn't one song on there that i don't like, although a whisper seems slightly out of place amongst the beautiful warning sign and a rush of blood to the head. there seems to be a kind of regretful, sad vibe through the whole album although it's not portrayed in a depressed, radiohead-style teen angst way, but a chilled, carefree style, which i like a lot.
