1. Birds remain the property of the breeder and will be returned after the race for shipping cost if the breeder chooses. The bird can also be left with the handler for future BOW Yearling and Old Bird Series. Return shipping cost is 1-2 birds $50, 3-4 birds $60, 5-6 birds $70.

2. If entry is not paid on a bird after the qualifying race, then the handler has the first option of entering the bird and becoming the owner of the bird and receiving 100% of prizes won. If the handler chooses not to enter the bird then the bird becomes available to anyone on a first come basis wanting to enter the bird with the normal 70/30 breeder/handler split. The bird then becomes the property of the individual paying the entry fee.
