Chad Linus/Noah Bastian
A theater actor since kindergarten and a television and film actor for the last three years, Noah won the role of Chad after five auditions. "Making the soundtrack was my first time in a recording studio, though I'd sung in musicals before," he says. "There's a lot of each of us in the movie and the record. We adlibbed a lot of the movie. There's a lot of Chad that's me, but he's a little stupid, and a little more shy than me. All of the rest of the guys are similar to their characters. Alex is a rebel, and Michael is Q.T.
