“Hey! What’s wrong? You’ve been ignoring me all morning!” Nick exclaimed as he leaned against the lockers which were next to Lisa’s.
“You were looking for me?” Lisa looked up and gazed into Nick’s eyes dreamily, “But of course! Who wouldn’t want to be friends with me?”
“Oops! Sorry Lis! Wrong twin! See ya later!” Nick grinned sheepishly and walked away.
“Wrong twin? How can a hot guy like him be interested in my boring sister? He must have mistaken,” Lisa glared at Nick’s back, “Liza must have been putting up an act…”

“Hey Liz!” Nick called out to Liza in the crowded corridor.
“Huh? Uh, hi Nick,” Liza turned around to reveal Nick. She looked down afraid to look at him, scared that she’ll get lost in his intense gaze.
“What’s wrong Liza? You’ve been ignoring me all morning!”
“Nothing’s wrong Nick, I was really busy, that’s all. Why do want me to show you around anyway? I’m afraid that I don’t know many cool places.”
“It doesn’t matter. I’ve already got tons of offers from girls to show me but I want you.”
Liza looked up to find Nick staring at her. “What did he want? How could he want somebody like me when he had someone like Lisa? Maybe I just look like an easy person to approach, yeah, that’s it.” Liza thought.
“Liza?” Nick waved his hand in front of Liza’s thoughtful face, “Are you okay?”
“Yeah…” She glanced at her G-Shock watch, “Oh shit! I’m late for class! Sorry! Gotta go Nick! See ya later!”
“Sure Liz,” Nick stared at her run towards her class and smiled at her longingly.

“I saw him with you today Liz, what did he want? You?” Liza’s best friend Emma joked, referring to Nick.
“Shut up…” Liza hit her arm playfully and grinned, “Well, in a way… he did want me…” Liza left the sentence hanging.
“Huh? You mean it? What did he say?”
“But in a way… no he did not want me…”
“Yeah whatever! Just tell me!” Emma pleaded.
“He wanted me to show him around…” Liza paused and waited for Emma’s response.
“Oh… did you offer to?” Emma asked, her excitement slowly fading.
“No, actually, Lisa did first but then he walked away to me and asked,” Liza said pulling out her books from her bag onto the table.
“He did? What–”
“Shh! Mr. Lewis is coming!” Liza hushed her best friend and got ready for her lesson. She ripped a small piece of paper from her notebook and scribbled a message. She folded up the paper and tossed it lightly next to her, to Emma’s desk. She grabbed it immediately and unfolded it. On it, read a message in laid-back handwriting, “I’ll tell you about it later.” Emma folded the piece of paper again and made the ‘ok’ hand signal to Liza.
