IDENTITY MAPPING

 

PURPOSE:  To identify activities, subjects, core values, and positive examples that more accurately describe your character. We will use the Identity Maps later in the school year when we work in ÒCross-Functional TeamsÓ to create innovative solutions for common goals.

 

 

Boys should check their e-mail for an Inspiration template to use for this activity.

 

REQUIRED:

  1. BEGIN WORK ON YOUR ID MAP AND SAVE TO YOUR HOME DIRECTORY.
  2. COMPLETE A SELF-ASSESSMENT FORM FOR YOUR ID MAP. PRINT AND TURN IN YOUR SELF-ASSESSMENT TO MR. B.
  3. FINISH AND PRINT ID MAP NO LATE THAN THE SECOND PERIOD.
