Investment Management Services Methods of Analysis Investment Strategies Compensation – Investment Advisory Services Investing In Securities Involves Risk of Loss To One’s Capital Financial Planning and Consulting Services Dixon Gardner is the principal executie officer of Mt. Timp Capital and has CRD # Education Experience
Mt. Timp Capital provides continuous advice to clients regarding investment of client
funds based on the individual needs of the client. Mt. Timp Capital may advise clients on
any other type of investment that it deems appropriate based on the client’s stated goals
and objectives and on which the client requests advice.
Mt. Timp Capital typically employs fundamental security analysis methods and seeks to
invest in securities that trade below their intrinsic value by looking at economic
and financial factors (including the overall economy, industry conditions, and the
financial condition and management of the company itself) to determine if the
company is underpriced (indicating it may be a good time to buy) or overpriced
(indicating it may be time to sell). Fundamental analysis does not attempt to anticipate
market movements, which is a potential risk, as a security’s price can move up or
down along with the overall market regardless of the economic and financial factors
considered in evaluating the stock.
Strategies offered by Mt. Timp Capital are
--value investing (acquiring securities for significantly less than their fair value);
--income investing (acquiring securities with growing income streams), and
--fixed income investing (acquiring securities with fixed income streams).
