This is the Autobiography of Seap Rin Andrews

Brief Highlights

Seap Rin Andrews was born in Battambang, Cambodia. Battambang is a northwestern province, near the ancient ruins of Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is the largest religious temple in the world. For many years Seap lived with her family in peace, until one day, when the Khmer Rouge came to her home and took her by force, like many other people in Cambodia who were taken away by the communist Khmer Rouge.

Seap would never again see her parents! She lived in the jungles for several years with the Khmer Rouge, working as a slave, cooking, cleaning, and taking care of the soldiers, and other people who worked as slaves, night and day. Sometimes the only way to catch a few extra minutes of sleep was to hide in a thick tree!

Life among the Khmer Rouge was terrible! Seap saw many of her friends and neighbors murdered, tortured, and raped, by the ruthless, barbaric, and completely merciless Khmer Rouge.
