Now, here's another classic that's been showing for many, many years. The stop-motion (not drawing animation) animation special, Rudolph the red nose reindeer. Rudolph is rejected and runs off with his misfit friend elf, and meet up with gold diggers, Giant Snowmen, and islands of misfit toys. If you've heard the song, you know how this story ends.
(Brian): Oh, so much to love about this special. An elf that wants to be a dentist, Yukon Cornelious, the 'Bumble, and of course Rudolph, not to mention the cool stop-motion animation. I love this story, and have never failed to watch it every year for as long as I can remember. The story is good, the characters are good, it's a real classic. (Stacy): Actually, it's not something I've seen in years, I don't remember it well enough to rate it. When I was growing up the animation style just didn't appeal enough to me to watch it. (Brian): Stacy, you're such a ninny. (Stacy): Thanks Brian...go jump in a snow bank.
*New*
Stacy: Well, I've finally watched Rudolph from beginning to end. I found
some the characters especially cool, like Yukon Cornelius. However, I'm
not quite as enraptured with this special as Brian.
Brian: Stacy, mention the carols.
Stacy: The carols have become classics, impressive for a cartoon. Any more
insults for me Brian?
Brian: I love you honey?
Stacy: That's not exactly an insult...ok, I'll rate the show.
