Ho      How  to successfully manage employees in a diverse and fast-paced workplace.

Today’s diverse work force presents managers with both challenges and opportunities. To be able to capitalize on the strengths of different cultures, managers must be able to understand and communicate effectively with employees born and raised in other countries. By acquiring specific skills and knowledge, decision-makers can substantially improve cross-cultural communication as well as efficiency, morale and productivity.

This course is for you, if you

- Work in an international environment

- Conduct multicultural employee meetings

- Want to create an atmosphere of trust and mutual cooperation

- Want to build relationships critical to cross-cultural success

- Feel that compromising is a sign of weakness

- Want to obtain cross-cultural  “Win-Win” situations

Methodology

Our training is participatory and interactive using a variety of methods such as case studies, focus group discussions and task oriented activities. This is complemented by short inputs on theoretical frameworks which broaden the scope of the participants' learning, offering opportunities to analyse and critique both contemporary and emerging thinking and trends in intercultural workplace relations.

You will be able to better:

- Capitalize on work-place diversity

- Promote team and meeting participation.

- Use effective cross-cultural communication techniques.

- Leverage the best practices from leading high tech companies.
