SBCAPI trains caring, dedicated volunteers to be Court Appointed Special Advocates/Guardians Ad Litem to provide advocacy services to abused and neglected children.  CASA/GALs serve as the Juvenile Court's "eyes and ears" and represent the child's "best interest" in court. Our Mission "In the best interests of children, the San Bernardino Child Advocacy Program is committed to the protection of abused, neglected and exploited children and to provide advocacy services to those children who are under the jurisdication of the San Bernardino County Juvenile Court System."
