ex-fighter pilot who is no longer legally allowed to fly for the Enforcers, because of a freak nuclear accident that made him slightly warped in the first place. He is normal in every other way.

creature. He's part Katarnian (Kats who moved to Novrania) which makes him katlike in certain aspects. He has retractable claws and he also has soft fur which is a deep brownish red color.
