Hi. Welcome to my Double Decker Bus page.

The two Authentic English Double Decker Buses pictured above were imported from England by me and are used in a charter bus service in the San Diego County area providing transportation and tours.

They are both Bristol VR's one a 1967 and one is a 1968.The one on the right is from Nottingham and was used as a training bus. It is outfitted with extra turn indicators visible to the instructor and a left hand parking brake so that the instructor could have quick access to the brake.

The other is from Essex and was used as an overflow dining room for M and M Dining, a Fish and Chips restaurant.

The only modifications I have made is to remove some seats to add a lavatory and space for a wet bar for parties. Other than that, they still have left-hand doors and the driver sits on the right. They are both powered by Gardner engines mated to a 4 speed Fluid Flywheel type gearbox.

I have been in the charter bus business for about 15 years. I run packaged tours and general transportation. I am actually located in the border town known as Chula Vista about 12 miles south of downtown San Diego.
