Canadian Olympic figure skater Elvis Stojko more than
10 years ago. "We worked on explosive inward
movements, basically uppercuts and hooks turning
inward," Doyle says,"and Elvis started to tighten
quicker in the air." With that extra half revolution
Stojko was soon landing his quadruple jumps. Now
Doyle's kung fu lessons help hockey, soccer, and
football players improve their explosiveness and
lateral movement.
