YOUTH BASEBALL
Registration begins Feb. 10 until divisions are full.
OPENParticipants will learn the fundamentals of baseball. Baseball is a wonderful program for the youngsters who are building their skills and abilities on the field. Players will enjoy the safe and friendly environment where they can play with new and old friends. Teams typically practice and play two afternoons a week on scheduled days. Regardless of ability, everyone will be assigned to a team and have the opportunity to play
There are 5 different divisions that are broken down according to age.
T-BALL: 5 to 6
5 PITCH: 7 to 8
MINORS: 9 to 10
MAJORS: 11 to 12

Juniors at 3:30 PMFEE for the youth baseball program is $60.00 for all divisions.

WINTER BASKETBALL
Registration begins Nov. 4 and will continue until divisions are full.
CLOSEDThe basketball program provides children and youth a healthy and fun opportunity to participate in comprehensive basketball leagues. Our leagues will give the participants an opportunity to focus their energy and skills on playing basketball. Teamwork on the court provides a wonderful experience for any youth to be a part of a team environment where team spirit, communications, and cooperation are all needed to play the game. These leagues give the youth the chance to focus their energy and skills on a sport they love to watch and play.

MIGHTY MITES: 5 to 6 years old
PEE WEES: 7 to 8 years old
MINORS: 9 to 10 years old
MAJORS: 11 to 12 years old

FEE: $15Includes uniform with reversal jersey, official's fees, award and team photos.

Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10 AM to 4 PM
Sunday: 11 AM to 4 PMAll division age groups are as of January 1st, 2009.
Entire fee must be paid at the time of registration. Partial payments will not be accepted. Payment by check or money order ONLY. Please make checks payable to: L.A. City Dept. of Recreation and Parks or City of Los Angeles. A $35 fee for any returned checks.
