Bill Bixby wore many hats in Hollywood, from actor to producter to director. Bill has some interesting connections with Elvis. He made 2 films with Elvis in the '60s and in the early '90s filmed 2 TV specials about Elvis' death. Bill's estranged wife, actress Brenda Benet, was one of Elvis' co-stars in Harum Scarum. Tragically, in 1982 their 6 year old son died suddenly of a severe throat infection. Brenda became despondent and committed suicide in April 1973.

Bill was initially a TV actor and costarred in three long running popular shows: My Favorite Martian, The Courtship of Eddie's Father and The Incredible Hulk. In 1991 Bill hosted a live broadcast of a TV special in Las Vegas titled The Elvis Files. Featured guests on it were: Gail Brewer-Giorgio, Monte Nicholson, Luc Dionne, and myself.

Below you will see photos of Bill from scenes in Clambake.
