His wares are wheel thrown of porcelain clay and gas/reduction fired to 2400 degrees Fahrenheit.
This very high firing and meticulous attention to detail results in a very durable product which is oven, dishwasher, and microwave safe.

No commercially prepared glazes are used, as Mick carefully formulates and mixes his own with colorful and astounding results, including celedons and copper reds.
