Gladiator
The people on the board have determined that the music used is from "The Wheat" (first 25 seconds when he begins on his knees), various snippets of "The Battle," and "Barbarian Horde" from 8:50 to the end. This is where he's writhing on the ice, dies, etc., until another footwork sequence, where it kicks into "The Battle" again.

The Gladiator comes back to life!
AND SO IT BEGINS... Out of the darkness A distinct shadow emerges To the whisper in the wind It's eerie song rumbling A crash of lightning Illuminates our Gladiator true We've seen him before And he's seen you too Through his trials and triumphs We've followed this hero's journey As the young Arabian Knight Charging fearlessly and forcefully Throughout the wide world And then with the penetrating cry Of a grieving heart Broken We watched As he flew blindly through the twilight Yet now with the turning of time This Champion has come of age He's beyond the darkness Beyond the desert sun Amongst the starlit skies With the ice as his guide And in the cold light of the morning Shimmering after the dawn So it echoes faintly: This battle is not over It's only just begun. ~ Shelle (19/09/2000) |
