The Trinity Sisters

“Where are we?” Sparow asked staring at his surroundings.

One minute Sparow was just about to finish of New Samurai for good, the next minute his is this strange place surrounded by black and white figures floating around. Even stranger were the rows of benches and the podium that were surrounding them in this mist of nowhere.

“This is the vortex, in other words a dimensional rift,” Emerald said.

“Why did you bring us here, sister?” Ruby asked.

“Do you remember the fable mom used to tell us when we were little?” Emerald questioned.

“Sure I remember, she said one day we will meet our soul mates and marry them, and when we do our magic powers will be unlocked,” Ruby said.

“Yes that was part of it, but you are forgetting the second part of the fable.”

            “And that would be?”

“If we don’t get married by our twentieth birthday we will be confined to the vortex, this prison, for the rest of eternity.”

            “But our birthdays our tomorrow!”

“Wait a minute,” Sparow said, interrupting the two sisters, “Ruby is not my soul mate.”

“There is where you are wrong Sparow,” Emerald said, “Each one us three sisters were born under different stars.”

“You’re confusing me,” Sparow said not understanding this whole fate thing.

“Let me simplify each one of us three sisters represent what you would call three orders in this world. I represent all that is evil; there forth my soul mate is the most evil man alive, New Samurai. My sister Sapphire represents all that is good in the world, and her soul mate is the son of the pure hearted Silver Samurai. And Ruby…”

“I represent neutrality, neither good nor evil. I am the stable force that prevents good or evil from gaining control of the world,” Ruby said finishing for her sister.

“So why me as Ruby’s soul mate,” Sparow questioned, “My mom was the most cruel person I ever met, there wasn’t an ounce of good in her, and that mean there isn’t an ounce of good in me.”

“You are right what you said about your mother,” Emerald said, “But your blood is filled with both good and evil thoughts. You see while your mother may have be cruel and uncaring, your father was a passionate man and very caring.”

“What B.S,” Sparow said outraged, “My father left me when I was young, he was no better than my mom. Besides I bet the only reason you two want to go through this whole wedding thing is to unlock your own powers.”

“It is true that once we are married, I will be much stronger and be able to control my magic without the aid of my whip,” Ruby said, “The same can be said about Sapphire being faster and able to control her wind magic.”

“And what about the green vixen?” Sparow asked pointing at Emerald.

“I will grow much wiser, causing my magic, yes my magic will be able to rule the world,” Emerald said enjoying the thought.

Before Sparow could say another word he spotted Sapphire rushing up to Ruby.

“Sister,” Sapphire said as she rushed up to hug Ruby.

Along with Sapphire was Leslee, ???, New Samurai, Silver Samurai, and Melisa who seemed to be handcuffed together, odd indeed. Even odder was how did they get here? Or perhaps the oddest thing of all how could New Samurai and Silver Samurai be standing next to each other, with their swords pressed against each other necks. Well there was defiantly one thing for sure, by the end of the day Sparow going to have the biggest headache from all this confusion.

“I’m glad you are here Sapphire,” Emerald said in a tone that made it obvious she wasn’t happy to see Sapphire, “Now we can get the weddings started.”

            “Weddings?” New Samurai asked confused.

“Let me explain it to you darling,” Emerald said as she walked over to New Samurai, “If we don’t get married right now, we won’t be able to leave, and that mean you can’t fulfill your wish and conquer the world.”

“What a choice, stay here for all of eternity with my arch rival, or marry you so I can return home and conquer the World,” New samurai said thinking to himself, “I think I take the second choice.”

“Awe come one, we can play dress up,” Silver Samurai said, mocking New Samurai.

“Don’t forget part of my plan of conquering the World, involves your death,” New Samurai said as he walked up to the podium.

“Leslee, since you are the only one of us with royal blood not getting married, you have to be the minister,” Ruby said.

“Ok,” Leslee said as she walked to the podium.

“What about me?” Silver Samurai asked.

“Sit down and enjoy the wedding,” Sapphire said shrugging.

The three couples were lined up in front of the podium as Leslee took her place behind it.

“Ok seeing how I just got married the another day, I hope I can remember how this goes,” Leslee said before turning to the couple of New Samurai and Emerald, “Do you New Samurai take Emerald to be your wife?”

“Well she did save my life a couple of times, so why not,” New Samurai said shrugging, not really interested in this whole marriage thing.

“And do you Emerald take this evil man to be your husband?”

“Yes, we will rule the World together,” Emerald responded.

“A simple I do would have been fine,” Leslee said before moving onto the next couple of ??? and Sapphire, “Do you…Say Matt, what is your kid’s name?”

“He does,” Silver Samurai said, answering for his son.

            ??? nodded his agreement.

“Ok do you Sapphire take… well you know the question.”

            “I do,” was Sapphire response.

“Very well,” Leslee said as she finally turned her attention to Sparow, “Do you Sparow take this lovely lady to be your bride?”

“Well umm…” Sparow paused, causing Ruby to elbow him in the side, “Ok, ok, I do.”

            “Ruby do you take…”

“I do,” Ruby answered before Leslee finished.

“Then I pronounce you all men and wives,” Leslee said address the group, “You may now…”

A loud roar cut Leslee off.

Sparow  turned his attention towards the sound of the roar, to find what appeared to be a cross between a turtle and a dragon, and a quite large one at that. The creature had a study brownish turtle shell, with large twins cannons strapped to it, brownish turtles legs, a long red dragon tail, and a sinister looking dragon head, hissing and snarling. The creature itself stood at least fifteen feet tall, and wasn’t happy to see the group.

“Great I was hoping we be out of here, before he showed up,” Sapphire said.

“What is that?” Silver Samurai yelled, as he rushed up to join the group.

“It’s the guardian of the vortex,” Ruby yelled over the hissing, “And if we don’t defeat it Trinity and this vortex with us inside will be destroyed.”

“Hey where’s New Samurai and Emerald?” Leslee asked.

“Coward, just like him to run away from a fight,” Sparow said.

Just then a large fireball came flying towards the group, causing everyone to scramble for safety. Everyone but one ??? was able to avoid the blast.

Sparow dove to safety and landed next to Leslee.

“Can’t your magic handle this thing,” Sparow asked.

“Well, I can try,” Leslee said as she closed her eyes to concentrate.

At that same time another fireball came flying towards Leslee knocking her out cold.

“Oh great, leave me to fight this monster by myself,” Sparow said as he pulled out his sword.

Sparow was about to attack the monster when he sword started to glow a bright white.

“What the,” Sparow said as he looked around, to try to figure out what was causing it. The only thing he saw was Silver Samurai and Melisa arguing amongst each other as a large cannon ball came hurling down towards them.

Sparow isn’t quite sure why he did what he did next, but with lightning like speed, he rushed out and pushed Silver Samurai and Melisa out of the way.

“You save me, why?” Silver Samurai asked.

Sparow struggled back to his feet, “Make no mistake about it, I will be the one to kill you not some monster. Don’t you think for a second I did it as a favor.”

Sparow attempted to raise his sword to Silver Samurai but his arm remained limp at his side.

“You’re injured,” Melisa said as she reached out to treat Sparow’s arm.

“Don’t touch me,” Sparow said turning away from the group.

“Looks like the are out of the fight,” Ruby said to her sister, noticing the terrible state Sparow was in and Silver Samurai and Melisa not being able to fight because of the handcuffs. Not to mention ??? and Leslee had already been hit with fireball.

“Well then we just have to beat the guardian ourselves,” Sapphire said as she avoided another fireball, “Ready?”

Ruby nodded.

“I call forth the power of the raging wind of Trinity, Tornado!” Sapphire yelled

Two large size tornados appeared out of thin air and headed for the guardian.

“I call forth the power of the destructive fire of Trinity, Twin Flames!” Ruby yelled.

Two snake like trails of fire started to join the large tornados, turning the tornados into a raging cyclone of fire.

The combined attacks hit the guardian, with great force, and after a large cry of pain the creature retreated, causing the vortex start to disappear from sight.
