The Bounty part 2

“We are going down!” Silver Samurai exclaimed.

“You are kidding, right?” Avatar asked, not believing his ears.

“Afraid no, I suggest everyone brace themselves,” Silver Samurai said as the Silver Hawk suddenly dropped.

The Silver Hawk plummeted down towards a large forest, breaking braches as it speed towards the earth. Finally it crashed on the ground, skidding to a stop against a large tree.

“Is everyone ok?” Silver Samurai asked he unbuckled himself from his harness and looks at the damage.

“He doesn’t look so good,” Avatar said as he pointed towards Hawk who was leaning lifelessly against one of the computer screens.

“How many times do I have to tell him to wear his seat belt,” Silver Samurai went over to check on his son, to find Hawk ha d a huge gash just above his right eye, “He’ll be fine.”

“What are you talking about look at the size of that cut, he needs a doctor now!” Avatar said, showing and uncharacteristic side of him.

“Relax, he be fine,” Silver Samurai said as he gently leaned Hawk back in his seat, “Now come on we got to see how much damage has been done.”

“If you say so,” Avatar said, as he followed Silver Samurai out of the Silver Hawk, but not before giving one last look over at Hawk.

When the two got outside, two members of FWL, Black Knight and Shadow Caster greeted them. They held low positions in FWL and were relatively weak. Black Knight was nothing more than a knight turned bad, although he was surprisingly fast in his black armor, but other that that he was no major threat. Shadow Caster on the other hand, would be a tad more difficult to defeat. Shadow Caster lived up to his name, casting shadows all around him, making him a very hard target to hit. If that wasn’t bad enough he has control over all shadows, if you weren’t careful you could wind up fighting your own shadow, now this has never happened to Silver Samurai himself… besides if it did he wouldn’t admit to it.

“Wow, I’m surprised, it’s actually even odds against FWL,” Silver Samurai said as he pulled out his sword, which was immediately surround in white flames.

“Just the way I like it,” Avatar said as he pulled out his own sword, no fire magic for him though.

The two had only taken one step down the ramp, when a bullet whizzed in between them, and bounced off the Silver Hawk’s metallic structure.

            “Halt!” a robotic voice said.

“These are the odds we like,” Black Knight said as a robot dressed as a cop, stepped out from the forest.

Silver Samurai knew the robot all to well. RAYMOND was his protocol name, but for short everyone called him/it Ray. Ray was a robot built on the aqua moon Tundra, by the Star Team, and elite organization that used to work on the now destroyed Tundra. Ray was also the only member of FWL who possessed a Star Fighter, so it was no surprise Ray was here.

“I take the two flunkies,” Silver Samurai said to Avatar.

“I guess that leaves me with Mr. Robo Cop over here,” Avatar said as he jumped off the entrance ramp, and charged Ray.

“Well who’s first?” Silver Samurai said as he slowly walked down the entrance ramp.

Both Black Knight and Shadow Caster charged Silver Samurai.

“Now these are the odds I like,” Silver samurai said with a small smile.

The fight didn’t last long before it was interrupted by the sound of approaching Star Fighters.

“It’s the Star Team, we better get out of here!” Shadow Caster yelled in panic, as the three members of FWL, made a hasty retreat.

“That’s strange,” Silver Samurai said as he stared up at the approaching Star Fighters, “There’s only five members of the Star Team, but there’s at least twenty Star Fighters up there.

“Maybe they brunt reinforcements,” Avatar said, shrugging his shoulders.

“That’s impossible,” Silver Samurai said as the Star Fighters started to land, “Them Star Fighter are only made on Tundra, and Tundra was destroyed sometime last year.”

“Halt!” twenty robotic voice said in unison.

Surrounding Avatar and Silver Samurai were twenty robots, all looking like Ray. All of them with a high powerful blaster in there hand ready to gun off.
