Bad Days Just Never End

“What the hell do you think you are doing?” Silver Samurai snapped at his brother.

“Why didn’t you knock?” Rosa asked as she stood up to fix her white dress.

“I live here,” Silver Samurai yelled in outrage.

“Calm down bro, if you were here for Rosa this never would have happened,” Forgotten One said, standing up and putting his arm around Rosa to protect her, “But no, you prefer to go out every day, fight a useless fight and leave this poor girl all alone, by herself to raise two small kids.”

“You dare question my fight against evil, even what happened to our father?” Silver Samurai asked.

“He’s right Matt, this is all your fault,” Rosa said, starting to sob.

“It is not his fault,” Melisa said, standing up for Silver Samurai.

“I don’t need you help,” Silver Samurai said, just now realizing Melisa was standing right next to him, “How long has this been going on?”

“That’s not important,” Forgotten One said as he leaned Rosa’s head onto his shoulder.

“What are the kids going to think?” Silver Samurai asked.

“They’re not yours anyways,” Forgotten One said, almost coldly, “At least not one of them, you can keep that little mime of yours, that can’t even talk.”

            “Then Hawk is…”

“You really are a little on the slow side, bro,” Forgotten One said cutting off his brother, “Come on all the sign were staring you in the face. A blond haired kid, when both his parents have dark hair, a kid that looks nothing like you. You think you would be able to tell that Hawk has my face.”

Silver Samurai put his head down, not knowing what to say next, “And what about that poor injured lady out there, your wife Leslee?”

            Forgotten One started to laugh.

“What’s so funny?” Silver Samurai demanded.

“I was just thinking, ever since we were kids you always managed to steal my girlfriends. Now all that has changed.”

Silver Samurai was about to open his mouth but Forgotten One cut him off.

“I’m not dumb! I see how you and Leslee look at each other. She always wanted you, and you know it! I bet you wanted her too,” Forgotten One laughed, “I remembered when I first met Leslee, I remember overhearing her late night conversations. How she always wanted to be with someone sweet and kind, someone like Silver Samurai. And how she would love to give herself to that one person for the first time…”

“I don’t need to be listening to this,” Silver Samurai said turning his head.

“Don’t worry, bro, you don’t have to worry about that, neither does she. Yes that wedding night was truly special.”

Again Silver Samurai opened his mouth but was cut off by Forgotten One.

“Oh and of course this brings me to your lovely bride to be here,” Forgotten One said as he stroked Rosa’s dyed blond hair gently, “I remember you used to tell me how you were going to make her first time special, something to remember for the rest of her life. Well bro, trust me her first time was special.”

“You’re and evil man,” Silver Samurai said softly.

“No my dear brother, you are the one who is evil, you leave this woman all alone…”

“I don’t have to listen to this,” Silver Samurai said as he turned, and left the house, practically dragging a stunned Melisa behind him.

            “You see…”

“Don’t start,” Silver Samurai said cutting off Melisa.

The two of them walked quietly back to the clearing where ??? and Leslee were waiting. Silver Samurai leaned down and picked up Leslee in his arms.

            “I’m out of here.”

And with that Silver Samurai was gone in a flash of white fire, leaving behind a stunned Melisa staring at the melted ends of the handcuffs.

“So what do we do now?” Melisa asked ???.

            ??? shrugged.

Back on the one place Silver Samurai knew where to go, his private aircraft The Silver Hawk, Leslee was just waking up.

“Feeling any better?” Silver Samurai asked Leslee, handing her a cup of water.

“Yes, lots,” Leslee said as she drank the whole glass of water in one gulp, “Thank you.”

“I think it’s best we stay here for a while,” Silver Samurai said slowly.

“I’m afraid I can’t,” Leslee said handing the glass back to Silver Samurai.

“Why not?” Silver Samurai asked, shocked at the comments from Leslee.

“Avatar said something very smart, that I have only know thought of,” Leslee said, calmly, “He said, you can’t run away from your problems. That’s what I been doing. I’m the Queen of Tundra that’s my home, and I ran away from it because some stupid robot doesn’t want me there. That’s not right, I must go back, and fix the terrible mess Tundra is in.”

“I understand,” was all Silver Samurai could say.

“All I need to do is get in contact with the Star Team so they can take me back.”

            “Take the Silver Hawk.”

            “What?” Leslee asked shocked.

“I don’t need it, and it’s a lot faster, just take it, no arguing.”

“Ok, if you insist,” Leslee said a little unsure, “Can you do me one favor Matt?”

            “Anything for you.”

“Tell Brian, that I love him, but I must do this and I hope to see him again soon.”

Silver Samurai hesitated, not knowing what to say.

“Just promise me you do that.”

“Next time I see him I will,” Silver Samurai said as he started to leave his ship.

“One last thing, Matt,” Leslee said as she accompanied Silver Samurai to the exit ramp.

            “Yes?”

“If you never introduced me to that wonderful brother of yours, I most likely would have married you,” Leslee said as she gave Silver Samurai a friendly kiss on the cheek, before rushing off to the cockpit.

“Yeah some wonderful brother,” Silver Samurai said to himself, as he walked down the ramp.

Silver Samurai stepped down onto the cold dirt, and watched as the Silver Hawk starting to lift off and fly off. In a sense he was watching the last bit of what he knew was life, leaving him. Now the question is what to do with life now? How could a person so used to tragedy to able to come back from another one? How could…

“Give me all your money now, or else,” A male voice said from behind.

In one swift motion Silver samurai had his white fire sword out and turned to face his would be robber. He was a man in his mid twenties with long black hair. He was dressed in a white shirt with a black spider web design on it, a pair of black pants, and a sleek looking sword in his hand.

“Not a good day to mess with me buddy,” Silver samurai said as he advanced on the unknown man.

“I see you are in the mood fro a fight,” The man said with an evil smile, “Well that’s why I always bring along backup. Spade, Silence subdue this man.”

Out from the bushed stepped two big men, make that huge men. Silver samurai has seen some big people before in his life with the 7’0” Bodyguard and the 6’10” Col. Brickwall, but these two men could make them look like dwarfs. One man who stood at least 7’6” had a shaved head, and was wearing a torn and tattered white tank top, and just equally beat-up pair of faded blue jeans. As for the other man, he stood a full 6 inches taller than his partner, and had much better taste in clothing. He sported a short black ponytail, similar to Silver Samurai’s, and was dressed in a shiny silver suit.

“This is Spade, as you can tell he has exquisite taste in clothing,” The man said as he reached up to place his hand on the bigger of the two men.

“Leave this to me Spider,” Spade said as he pulled out a fancy looking gun and advanced towards Silver Samurai, “Now hand over the money, before you get hurt.”

“Let me ask you a question,” Silver Samurai said as he stared at the big man’s shiny silver suit, “How much did you pay for that?”

“This suit here, cost me a cool grand,” Spade said, pinching the fabric of his jacket.

“Let me tell you something,” Silver Samurai said as he sliced the man right down the chest with his sword, causing an ugly burn mark and ruining his suit, “You paid too much for it.”

“My suit,” Spade yelled outraged, “You pay for that!”

Spade tried to pull the trigger on his gun, but was a second too late, silver Samurai quickly kicked the gun out of Spade’s hand, then circled behind Spade, and kicked him with such force that it sent Spade flying into a nearby tree headfirst.”

“Next,” Silver Samurai said with a cool cockiness.

“Not bad, but I don’t think you find things so easy with Silence,” Spider said motioning for the other man to get Silver Samurai, “He does his talking with his fist.”

The other big man known as Silence advances towards Silver Samurai, pounding his fist into his hand.

“Let me guess you don’t talk?” Silver samurai questioned.

            Silence nodded a yes.

“You know you and my son should sit down for a nice long conversation,” Silver Samurai said, laughing at his joke, before throwing a white fireball at Silence without warning causes him to fly back, “But at least the good thing is you can’t tell me how much that hurt.”

“I swear, henchman are never good for anything,” Spider said as he advanced towards Silver Samurai, “But that’s ok, that little toy of your is no match for my Spider Slayer.”

Spider took a swipe at Silver Samurai but Silver Samurai back stepped it, barely avoided the blade. Realizing his error, Silver Samurai quickly went on the offensive, not wanting to be that close to his blade again. Everything was going in favor for Silver Samurai when Silver Samurai felt a sharp pain hit his right arm, causing him to drop his sword. He attempted to lean down to get it but a now pissed Silence belted Silver Samurai in the face causing him to drop to his knees. Silver Samurai made one last dive for his sword, but sticking webbing covered it before Silver Samurai was able to reach it.

“Now so tough now, without your sword,” Spider said, as him and his two colleagues peered down at Silver Samurai, “you should have just given us your money, now I’m afraid I’m going to have to kill you.”
