"Mom"

You gave me life you gave me love…
It feels like a heavenly touch from above.
You have inspired me for fifteen years
You have been there through smiles and tears.

I love you more than anymore
Mom you’re prettier than the midday sun

You always seem to make things right
Even if its late at night

I’m dedicating this poem to you
Because you make a gray sky seem blue.

I hope you know how much I care
And that I will always be there…
