How to make the puddle effect.

You must install the filter almathera

Filter

This filter also includes warp, drop shadow, beveller, halo, grey area, lightining maker and shape cutter

Once you have the filter installed to your plug-in folder for PSP.

Open an image.

Or use this one by right click and save picture as.

Use the selection tool to isolate an area.

I've isolated the bottom of this image.

Choose the puddle effect under almathera effect then your plug-in options.

You can use these settings or adjust.

Press ok and that should close almathera menu, then right click on the image to set.

Here is what you should see after.
