John Paul Cusack was born in Evanston, Illinois on June 28th, 1966. His father, Richard Cusack, is an actor and a film production company owner. His mother, Nancy, is a former math teacher. John also has three sisters, Susie, Ann and Joan who are all actresses, and a brother named Bill who is also an actor.
John attended the Evanston Township High School and later attended NYU shortly. His acting career blossomed from his work at the Piven Theatre Workshop in Evanston, Illinois.
