Beer Buster
1 1/2 oz 100-proof Vodka
Chilled Beer or Ale
1 dash Tabasco Sauce
Put vodka into a glass and fill with beer or ale.
Add Tabasco sauce and stir gently.
Black Russian
1 1/2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur
Ice
Pour ingredients into a glass 1/2 full of ice and stir well.
Bloody Mary
1 1/2 oz Vodka
3 oz Tomato Juice
1 dash Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2-3 drops Tabasco Sauce
1 sprinkle Salt
1 dash Pepper
Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass 2/3 full of ice cubes.
Add a celery stick to stir with.
Cajun Martini
1 1/2 - 2 oz. Vodka
Dash dry Vermouth
Large Jalapeno pepper
Ice
Mix vodka and vermouth with ice, stir briskly and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with Jalapeno.
Citrus Bay Lemonade
1 1/2 oz Citrus Vodka
4 oz Sour Mix
1 splash Cranberry Juice
1 splash Lemon-Lime Soda
Ice
Shake vodka, sour mix, and cranberry juice and pour into a glass 3/4 filled with ice.
Add lemon-lime soda. Top with a lemon wheel
White Russian
1 1/2 oz Vodka
2 oz Coffee Liqueur
Milk or Cream
Ice
Pour coffee liqueur and vodka into a glass 1/2 filled with ice cubes and fill with milk or cream.
Kamikaze
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Lime Juice
Mix with cracked ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Georgia Peach
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
1 dash Grenadine
Lemonade
Ice
Pour first 3 ingredients into a glass full of ice cubes.
Fill with lemonade.
Fuzzy Navel
1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
6 oz. Orange Juice
Orange Slice
Ice
Mix all ingredients except orange slice with cracked ice in a shaker and pour into a chilled collins glass.
Garnish with orange slice.
French Martini
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 oz Black Raspberry Liqueur
Ice
Pour into a mixing glass 1/2 full of ice.
Stir with ice and strain into a glass
Harvey Wallbanger
1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Galliano
4 oz Orange Juice
Ice
Pour vodka and orange juice into a glass filled with ice cubes.
Stir and float Galliano on top.
Italian Screwdriver
1 1/4 oz Citrus Vodka
3 oz Orange Juice
1 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 splash Ginger Ale
Ice
Mix and pour into sugar-rimmed hurricane glass full of ice.
Top with a lime wheel and a cherry.
Orange-A-Tang
1 oz Vodka
1 oz 151-proof Rum
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 splash Grenadine
6 oz Orange Juice
1 splash Sour Mix
Ice
Lightly blend all ingredients except rum.
Strain into large snifter 1/2 filled with ice cubes.
Float rum on top.
Top with tropical fruits.
Vodka Gibson
3 oz. Vodka
1 tsp Dry Vermouth
Pickled Pearl Onions
Mix vodka and vermouth in a mixing glass with plenty of ice,
very rapidly to eliminate melting of ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with several pickled pearl onions.
Be sure to blot onions to eliminate vinegar flavor.
Sex on the Beach
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
3 oz. Cranberry Juice
3 oz. Orange or Pineapple Juice
Add several ice cubes to a highball glass.
Pour in all ingredients and stir.
Slow Comfortable Screw
1 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Southern Comfort
3/4 oz. Sloe Gin
Fresh Orange Juice
Ice
Pour alcohol over ice cubes into a chilled highball glass.
Stir and fill with orange juice.
Sweet Maria
1 oz Vodka
1 tbsp Light Cream
1/2 oz Amaretto
Ice
Shake with cracked ice and strain into a glass.
Salty Dog
pinch of Salt
pinch of Sugar
Lime Wedge
2 oz. Vodka
Grapefruit Juice
Ice
Mix salt and sugar and spread onto a sheet of aluminum foil or wax paper.
Wipe the rim of an old fashioned glass with lime wedge and roll glass in salt/sugar mixture until rim is evenly coated.
Fill chilled glass with several ice cubes, vodka, and grapefruit juice.
Stir.
Screwdriver
1 1/2 oz Vodka
5 oz Orange Juice
Ice
Pour into a glass half full of ice cubes.
Stir well.
Purple Passion
1 1/2 oz Vodka
3 oz Grapefruit Juice
3 oz Grape Juice
Sugar
Chill, stir, add sugar to taste, and pour into a glass.
Red Snapper
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Tomato Juice
1 dash Lemon Juice
2 dashes Salt
2 dashes Black Pepper
2 dashes Cayenne Pepper
3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
Add the salt, worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice to a shaker glass.
Then add ice, vodka, and tomato juice.
Shake, pour into a highball glass.
Vodka Collins
2 oz Vodka
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Club Soda
Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass 1/3 full of ices cubes.
Fill with club soda, and stir.
Top with a slice of lemon and a cherry. Serve with a straw.
Long Island Iced Tea
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Tequila
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 dash Cola
Ice
Combine ingredients and pour into a glass 1/2 full of ice.
Add cola for color and top with a slice of lemon.
Mudslide
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
Mix with cracked ice in a shaker and serve in a chilled cocktail glass
