HERE IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE MARRIEDORNOT CHATTERS..SHE HAS BEEN A FRIEND FOR FIVE YEARS NOW AMY...BOBBY...ME AND A FEW OTHERS HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE ALMOST THE BEGINING OF TIME I THINK......MMMM.MMMMM...THANKS A BUNCH COLA-DOLL!!!! GRAMMA CARNICOM'S KRAUT BALLS 1 lb roll sausage 1/4 C diced onion 2 C sauerkraut (drained) 3 oz. cream cheese 1/4 C bread crumbs (plus more for coating) 1 T salad mustard 1 T minced garlic flour for coating 2-3 eggs for coating Crumble and brown sausage and onion; add remaining ingredients and mix. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Form refrigerated mix into approximately 1 1/2" balls, roll in flour then egg then bread crumbs. Deep fry @ 350 degrees until golden brown.
