Jane Leeves
was born in London on 18th April 1962 and raised in East
Grinstead , Sussex . Her first dream was to be a ballerina , that
that was cut short by an injury when she was eighteen. She moved
to Los Angeles in 1984 and after acting classes with such well
known names as Jim Carrey and Winona Ryder she got the role of
Blue in Throb abd moved on to guest star in shows such as Murder
She Wrote and Who's The Boss. Prior to Frasier she was best know
for her role as Marla the Virgin in Sienfeld and her long time
role in Murphy Brown. She married paramount executive Marshall
Coben in December 1996 and has recently launched her own
production company with Frasier co star Peri Gilpin. Below is a
