Sleeve showed close-up of David. Single hit No. 9 on US charts on Nov. 13, 1971, and stayed on the charts for 11 weeks. It was David's only US Top 10 hit. In Britain, Cherish was released as the B-side of Could It Be Forever. All I Wanna Do Is Touch You never appeared on an album. 

  • German promo sleeve (Bell 45-150) has white background, orange lightning bolt, no picture and brief liner notes. Sleeve format is same as German I Woke Up In Love This Morning
  • Spanish issue (2008 002) has same picture sleeve as the US.

Sleeve uses same picture as Cherish sleeve. Hit No. 37 on US charts on March 25, 1972, and stayed on the charts for two weeks. Last US Bell single to have a picture sleeve.

  • British issue (Bell 1224) had Cherish as B-side. Sleeve is same as US version. Hit No. 2 in UK on April 22, 1972, and stayed on the charts for 17 weeks.

  • Belgium issue (Bell 2008 097) has title in orange letters and B&W picture of David - wearing white concert suit - singing.
  • French issue (Bell 2008 097) has brownish green sleeve with purple letters and a purple photo of David from the first season of the Partridge Family.
  • Spanish issue (2008 097) has same cover as the Rock Me Baby album.
  • Japan issue (BLPA-28) has a color picture of a smiling David looking into the camera. Has liner notes and lyrics.

When The Puppy Song stiffed on the US charts, the single was quickly re-released with Daydreamer - an immediate hit Britain - as the A-side. It didn't help.

  • British sleeve (Bell 1334) has color picture of David and his dog, Bullseye. Hit No. 1 on October 13, 1973, and stayed on the charts for 15 weeks.
  • Spain sleeve (Bell 2008 206) has same picture as British version, but it's more of a closeup. On the righthand corner of some sleeves, it says "No. 1 in England." On others, it doesn't. Has titles in Spanish as well as English.
  • German issue 
  • Belgium sleeve (Bell 2008 206) has B&W shot of David sitting and playing guitar outside.
  • Italian sleeve (Bell 2008 206) has strange, artsy outline of David singing and reaching his hand out.
  • Yugoslavia (RTB Records - S 53727) has same sleeve as British version, but it's more of a closeup. Different lettering.

This double A-sided single was only released as a single in England and Europe. The UK single (which didn't have a picture sleeve) climbed to No. 11 on the British charts on July 26, 1975, and was on the charts for nine weeks. Get It Up For Love was banned in England by the BBC, which thought the track was too suggestive.

  • German sleeve (RCA XB-01007) has picture of David in blue satin shirt and white scarf.
  • Portugal sleeve (RCA XB-01007) has same picture as German sleeve, but it's smaller and bronze-tinted.

Linda Ronstadt released Hurt So Bad about the same time David did. Her's was a hit, his wasn't. Most stores didn't even stock his version. The US version was released with a B&W picture sleeve.

  • Japan issue (MCA Vim-1370) had color picture sheet with lyrics and liner notes. Picture was similar to German I Write the Songs sleeve.
     
 The Last Kiss
The Letter

Only released in England and Europe (none of his Arista work has been released in the US). In Britain, the single hit No. 6 on March 6, 1985, and was issued with a color picture sleeve of David standing with his thumbs in his pockets. Record has blue plastic Arista label. Version of The Letter has different intro than LP version. Although not credited, George Michael sang back-up on Last Kiss.

  • British poster bag edition (Arista 589) housed the single in a color poster of David.
  • British shaped picture disc (Arista ARIPD 589) was David's first-ever picture disc. In the shape of his body, the picture is of him sitting down. It was released in March with a limited edition poster/calendar.
  • British 12-inch single (Arist 12 589) has 6:46 version of Last Kiss on the A-side and The Letter and an exclusive 9 1/2-minute BBC Radio interview with David on the B-side.
  • Japan picture sheet (Arista 7RS-120) has same picture as Last Kiss picture disc (which is different from British sleeve). Has lyrics and liner notes. Record has black Arista label.
  • Spain sleeve (Arista 107.177) is same as British, but David's name and song title is in black letters, not blue.
  • Portugal sleeve (Arista 03.107177.12) same as British issue.
  • Australia sleeve (Arista K9637) same as British issue.
Romance (Let Your Heart Go)

Only released in England and Europe. Single's highest chart position in the UK was No. 51. Sleeve has color picture of David in chair. Another version of the sleeve - with the same picture - was released, called the "Contest Edition." This sleeve advertised a "Let Your Heart Go... To Paris" contest.

  • British 12-inch single (Arista 12620) has extended version of Romance on A-side and instrumental version on B-side. Included a limited edition color poster.
  • British Love Mix picture disc (Arista ARIPD 2620). A-side has the "Love Mix" of Romance, which is a lot steamier than the LP version. B-side is the instrumental version. Disc shows a color picture of David holding a topless Samantha Fox.
  • British Love Mix 12-inch single (Arista 22620) has Romance Love Mix on A-side and instrumental on back. Sleeve had white border; picture was same as Romance sleeve.
  • German radio edition promo (Arista 107 472 00) sleeve has same picture as UK version, but it says "Radio Edition" in the righthand corner. Also says "for promotion only." A-side is radio edition (3:42) and B-side is 45-version (3:45).
  • German Love Mix 12-inch single (Arista 601-885) included the Romance Love Mix on the A-side and the instrumental on the back. Sleeve had white border; picture was same as regular Romance sleeve. Cover slightly different than UK 12-inch sleeve.

Released only as a cassette single in the US. B-side is a non-album track written and produced by David and Sue Shifrin. Enigma also released a promo cassette (EPRO-333) that had Lyin' To Myself repeated three times on each side. Cassette insert had B&W picture similar to LP cover shot. A CD single (EPRO-334) was also distributed.

  • German single was released on vinyl with picture sleeve. Picture was same as US cassette single.
  • German maxi-single (20 4060 7) and CD single (20 4060 2) had Prisoner as an extra B-side track. Sleeves were same as US cassette single.

Record has light green label with just song titles - no writer credits, etc. Similar to Thailand-only release of It's One Of Those Nights.
