Softly spoken words we share each day
Gentle loving gazes during dinner in candlelight
We talk for hours, while flowing melodies play

Early morning sunrise today the sun rose through our window
The mornings white light refracted into all colors of the rainbow
Sleep was leaving my mind just as the sunshine touched your cheek
Never realized how much you look like an angel when you sleep
How lucky I was to see this graceful sunshine painted on your face
Looking upon you now I behold such wonder, such beauty and grace
I behold such a beauty beside me during this early morning sunrise
And suddenly, my own tears began to fall upon my pillow, quite by surprise
Teary-eyed I looked straight into the bright glaring beautiful sunlight
Can it be real or illusion, her next to me, this lady angel in my sight
I’ll kiss you now the gentlest of kissed my love and I’ll watch you arise
Let me wake you tenderly and gently with all my love, in this mornings perfect sunrise
Love is real my darling, feel it, feel it part of us in this glorious new days light
Feel it as you awaken and see my love for you now in my eyes shining bright
Holding me tight and gazing at my face you gently wiped my loving tears away
As you held me tight and wiped my tears, I couldn’t think of perfect words to say
And you told me you had just dreamt of an angel kissing your cheek
Then you looked at me and said, Yes it was real, the angel was you my love.
