Well, my little Gilbert (L.M. Montgomery), there's so much to say but not enough time to fit all of what I feel onto this page. You've been the biggest inspiration in so little time and I thank you so much for putting meaning into my life. You've given me support for everything I've wanted to do even when it meant sacrificing our time together. I now long for September when we can be together and I also long for every day that we talk and see each other. It's been an honour for you to have spent 2 years with me. We've had so much fun doing things such as being firework junkies, camping, tidal bore rafting, getting lost, pulling the emergency brake on the beach and the list just keeps going on. You are so much fun and amazing. I look at how much you work and how you carry yourself and you keep inspiring me every day. Of course we've had some hard times but I think the weekend in New York City was the most important weekend we could have had. You'll always be loved by me. I miss you, Christopher!
