Pufnstuf - Who?

Pufnstuf and Jimmy tell Dr. Blinky that Freddy has been "flutenapped". When Dr. Blinky continually asks "Who", Jimmy gets irritated. Dr. Blinky then has to explain the "ways of the owl".
