Never content to simply singing songs, Michael is driven to deliver God’s message, while transmitting his own emotions and to transcend stylistic boundaries. Michael’s music is an awesome combination of old school – down home traditional gospel; and raw but spiritual, inspirational, soulful cutting edge – contemporary. Inspired by musical masters and song stylists such as Sam Cooke, Marvin & BeBe Winnans, Stevie wonder and Luther Vandross. Michael started singing at the tender age of five. "He would never go to sleep without the radio next to his sleeping ear", his mother remarked.

Very early in his life, Michael’s special gift led to an invaluable audition as a lead vocalist with the "Southern California Conference choir". His work with SCCYC increased his artistic freedom and gave him national acclaim Touring the united states with SCCYC, Michael thrilled audiences with his dynamic style and became one of the focal points for the choirs new sound.

Subsequently, Michael became a highly sought after lead singer for such groups, such as The Voices of Destiny, Brent Jones and Friends, Blessed and Federation of Love.

Ever versatile, he has toured with the O’Jays, Federation, BJ & Friends, including Broadway stage performances of "Don’t Get God Started" and NBC’s syndicated sit-com Amen.

Currently Michael continues to record and perform worldwide from London to the United States. He is equally comfortable with the composition and delivery of adult Contemporary, Gospel, Jazz, R & B and Easy Listening. His diversity defies limitations.
