DUKE BLITZ is a premier add-on for the commercial version of 3DRealms superb game "Duke Nukem 3D". It is primarily setup to enhance Death Match games but can be used in single player mode as well. Some of the features found in DUKE BLITZ are as follows:

Enhanced sounds.
Enhanced creatures.
Booby trapped ammo.
Modified weapons operations.
More realistic health functionality.
Super steroids that can turn Duke invisible.
Easy to use Dynamic front end loader / Configurator for DOS. (Less files)
New creature. (ORGANTIC life form not activated in original Duke3D code.)
Ability to acquire the microwave expander weapon in pre-plutonium levels.
